One thing I know that mom's care about is ensuring their kids are ready to leave to nest. Especially when it comes to serving missions. However, it is common to think that being prepared for a mission applies to spirituality and doctrinal knowledge. While yes, those are very important parts of preparation, another key ingredient for a missionaries success is their mental health preparation.

To help teach you how to prepare your kid's mental health to serve a mission I invited Noelle Pikus Pace to come and share her insights. As a world class athlete and 2 time olympian she knows first hand the importance of mental toughness. Join us as we discuss the importance of mental health for missionaries and specific steps you can take to prepare your own kids to serve the Lord.
