Episode 209: Ask a Therapist - Going Back to School to Become a Therapist

In Episode 209, I sit down with two inspiring women currently on the path to becoming therapists. They came ready with all the questions I get asked a lot, from how I knew this career was for me, to how school really went, what the job is actually like, and what I wish someone had told me before I started. If you’ve ever wondered what it takes to become a therapist or you’re already on your way, this conversation is honest, encouraging, and packed with insight.

Whether you're at the beginning of your journey or just curious what it’s really like, this episode offers clarity, support, and real talk from someone who’s been there.

I just about broke the internet when I shared this on Instagram, but yes you can indeed wear your temple sweater/top to the temple. Shocking, I know. Men wear their shirts in every day. There’s no rule against it.

Women can also wear socks. Did you even know? Cause I thought everyone did. You can wear cute white frilly socks. You can wear long compression socks. You can wear white fuzzy toe socks, whatever tickles your fancy.

Click here to see my favorite Temple items. The socks are 🙌🏻
