We have covered a lot of different types of relationships this month but today’s topic applies to any relationship. We are going to talk about setting boundaries. I love this topic because it can really apply to any situation or relationship you have.

Any person in your life might be pushing or breaking your boundaries. So it is important to really think ahead in these situations and know how to handle them. Today I thought I would present the do’s and don’ts of boundary setting and keeping.

One important thing to keep in mind is that boundaries are about YOU, not another person. When you look at boundaries with this type of perspective, you can really formulate what boundaries you need in your life a lot better. So let’s dive in and talk about the do’s and don’ts of boundaries so you can start to feel safe, emotionally well and taken care of.
