One thing I wish more people knew is that you don't have to qualify for a mental health diagnosis to work on your mental health. Many women struggle with their mental health and never receive a diagnosis but need help, nonetheless. This is why strengthening your mental health is so important. I even spoke about how to strengthen your mental health in my last episode.

I want to expand on that this week but from a different angle. I want to talk about signs that let you know your mental fuel tank could be running low and you may need to boost it. But don't worry, I won't leave you hanging. At the end of the episode I will also discuss some solutions for those signs that resonate with you
