I would dare say, we are ALL guilty of scrolling too much, myself included. As a mental health therapist I know how much the social media scroll can affect your mental health in many different ways. That is why I invited Jody Moore to join me on the podcast to discuss this important topic.

Jody is a mother of 4, a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and a woman trying to figure out how to minimize resentment, overwhelm and guilt, and replace them with happiness, gratitude and joy. She is also an author and life coach who teaches people how to achieve the results they desire in all areas of their life.
