Managing the Comparison Trap

When we are comparing ourselves, we are often comparing our insides to someone else's outsides. This can lead down a path of misdirection. We oftern do not see what others struggle with and what their lives are truly like. Also when we compare with ourselves and how we used to be or how our parents were, we can also lead ourselves down a path of frustration.

With the tools of Mind Body Bridging, you can learn to feel more of an inner calm when you are feeling less than someone else from comparison. I was able to sit down with Jessica Dahlquist of the Extraordinary Mom's Podcast and talk with her about these tools.

I have created a Free outline to go with the episode as well to help you continue to walk through these tools on a regular basis. Click here to download the freebie.

Also go check out the episode and let me know what you think!
